Job Requirements
Personal Assistant to Managing Director required for a manufacturing company based in Sharjah. Should have previous work experience as PA to Senior Management Professional. Good qualifications and multi-task handling capabilities are required for this job position.
• Handling the Managing Directors appointment desks and daily calendar.
• Maintain Executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
• Attend meetings and keep minutes.
• Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Ensuring utmost confidentiality, integrity of operations & documentation.
• Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping if required.
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
• Assisting the Chairman and the Director in overall secretarial and administrative support so as to ensure smooth workflow.
• All SOP’s related to Quality implementation.
• Need to take care of all other works which is assigned by the Management.
• Reporting to Managing Director.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Edn Qual: Any Graduates
• Has experience for at least 1+ yrs as Secretary ,MD
• Sound knowledge in MS Office.
Driving License - Prefered
